The CPES Operations Guidelines is a document that provides essential information about the involvement of CPES in the conduct of certain events either at or in association with Colorado School of Mines. The document covers these topics:

  • The types of events (courses, programs, workshops, conferences, symposia, etc.) with which CPES can or must be involved
  • The criteria for CPES involvement
  • The types of support CPES can or must provide
  • The financial models that will apply to events of different types
  • Definitions of terms
  • General information

All event organizers and those responsible for reviewing and approving event proposals should familiarize themselves with the Guidelines. The most recently revised (current) version of the Guidelines can always be downloaded from this website.
